We are proud of the local food movement in the Ozarks, which is supported by the best restaurants in Springfield, MO. Our local chefs have worked to tailor their menus with the
seasons for our farmers and continue to showcase our vendors on menus across 417 land.
Our chefs make FMO a weekly stop on Thursdays and Saturdays not only to purchase direct
from our farmers, but to build a relationship with their community. We are happy to help assist with the education of the seasons and are glad to make introductions between our growers
and local chefs.
For this FMO provides the following incentives to chefs purchasing at FMO:

- Special carry-out services
- Participating in the annual June and October FMO Farm to Table Dinners
- Cooking classes and demonstrations at market that help promote seasonal products and the local restaurant
