Farmers Market of the Ozarks is proud to participate in the following programs listed below:
SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) / “Double Up Food Bucks”:
SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks nutrition benefits are exchangeable at the market for tokens. The Double Up Food Bucks programs match up to $25 for anyone receiving SNAP benefits on each market day.
Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program:
The Missouri Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides benefits to low-income seniors (60 years of age or older). Eligible seniors receive $50 in benefits annually per household, to be used for fresh fruit, vegetables, honey and herbs with authorized farmers.

WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program:
The Missouri WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program (WIC FMNP) provides $20 in benefits annually to WIC individuals over 4 months old who reside in a county with a participating WIC agency issuing FMNP benefits. Benefits can be exchanged for fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs with authorized farmers.

Community Partnership of the Ozarks/Food Collaborative:
We represent FMO at the Community Partnership of the Ozarks. Their mission is to support the development of a healthy, functioning local food system, bringing food groups together and representing all parts of the community, including those not at the table. Community Partnership envisions a community where citizens collaborate to identify gaps and take action to develop a healthy, connected local food system. We value collaboration and strategic plans utilizing existing resources with measurable outcomes that support a sustainable healthy food system for all.
Nourish the Ozarks:
www.copozarks.org/nourish FMO participates in this $1.7 million USDA Local Food Purchase Agreement which allows purchases from farmers within 400 miles to be distributed to underserved communities in 17 counties.
